The linear stage KKRP is a slider actuated by a rack and pinion and guided on a linear guide way with a U shaped rail.
The module is completely built in steel and because of it’s range in sizes, suitable for a wide variety of applications in industrial automation.
The KKRP stages are standard completed with a high torque gear units. It is possible to move in microns when a torque motor will be used

The linear stages are available in the following sizes:

225-20: The modules have a helical pre-load pinion and a helical rack of module 2. The pinion have a diameter of 63.66 mm. The size of the rails and blocks is 20.

285-25:The modules have a helical pre-load pinion and a helical rack of module 3. The pinion have a diameter of 63.66 mm. The size of the rails and blocks is 25.

Because there are used a rack and a pinion in this system, you have the opportunity to build systems until 12 m. ( Longer lengths are possible)
